for Entrance to PPPL

PMI Workshop Attendees

On the first day:

  • Plan to arrive early
  • All workshop attendees will be required to stop at the guard booth by the entrance gate on the left, and check in with PPPL Security Guards.
  • You will be required to present a U.S. government-issued photo I.D. (i.e. passport or driver's license).
  • Non-U.S. citizens will be required to show their passport or home government-issued photo I.D.
  • You will then be directed to parking and the main lobby.
  • PMI Workshop I.D. badges will be issued to attendees who submitted a photo at the PMI Registration Desk at sign-in before entering the MBG Auditorium.

After you have been issued your PMI I.D. badge:

  • PMI I.D. Badge holders will enter the Lab through the security gate on the left, and present the badge to the Security Guard. No other form of identification will be required.
  • If you do not have the PMI I.D. badge with you, you will be required to show a U.S. government-issued photo I.D. to Security, every time you enter the Lab. (Non-U.S. citizens will be required to show their passport or home government-issued photo I.D.)
  • If there is more than one person in the vehicle, each person must present their own PMI badge, or a government-issued photo I.D.
  • You are required to wear the PMI I.D. badge or a Visitor name tag in a visible manner the entire time you are on the PPPL campus.
