IMPORTANT NOTE: PPPL will provide a multi-day PPPL visitor badge that will allow you access into the Lab without registering with the security booth, and greatly expedite your entry into PPPL each morning.
E-mail a recent photo of yourself (such as a passport photo or "selfie", i.e. NOT an ID) to phampton@pppl.gov.

Connecting to Wifi at PPPL:
- PPPL visitors can connect to the Guest network: PPPL-Guest
- After connecting to the PPPL-Guest network, open a web browser to register your device on the PPPL network.
- During the registration process, your system will automatically be scanned, and must meet the following requirements:
- All Guest computers must have an Anti-Virus software installed with the latest virus definitions.
- Windows users must have the latest Windows OS Updates
- If you need anti-virus software, the following links offer free, reliable software:
- Windows OS http://free.avg.com
- Mac OS X http://www.clamxav.com
- PPPL also does not allow any type of Peer to Peer or file sharing programs on our network. Please disable these programs before visiting. This includes Skype.
- If you have Skype installed:
- Do not to use Skype for phone calls while at PPPL
- Disable the automatic Skype startup and login that cause the computer to join the P2P network automatically.
- If you have trouble connecting to the PPPL Guest network, contact the PPPL Help Desk (609) 243-2275.
